The beginning
Ellington Sol was born two months postpartum, in the middle of sleepless nights, newborn cuddles and a heart overflowing with purpose. After six years in influencer marketing, Maia — our Founder — knew she was ready to build something bigger than a career. She wanted to build a legacy for her family and help other families build theirs too.
For years, she managed moms because mother was the world she couldn’t wait to step into. She learned their rhythms, their needs, their heartbeats. She understood the kind of support creators actually needed — not surface level management, but partnership.
Not pressure, but presence.
Not numbers, but connection.
And after a lot of prayer, Ellington Sol was created.
Who we are.
An intentional management agency where creators are family. Where showing up to calls with kiddos laughing, squealing or absolutely losing it in the background is normal and acceptable (not something that needs to be apologized for). Where conversations can drift from deliverables to real life; because creators deserve support as people, not just as talent.
